Q: What do you charge for your cleaning services: 

A: We offer great value for money and unlike other cleaning companies the price quoted always includes all the required equipment and machinery, cloths, mops,cleaning products and bin liners. If you need a cleaning job done right just give us a call and we will be able to give you a free quote based on the work required.  

Q: Whats the minimum booking slot for the your cleaning services: 

A: We undertake all kinds of jobs big and small from one off deep cleans to regular weekly cleaning with a minimum slot of 2 hours but will quote each job based on the time required to complete to an excellent standard.

Q: Do i need to provide anything?:

A: Not at all unlike some providers we come equipped with everything we need to complete the job, all we require is a power point and a water source. Our prices always include all equipment and supplies unless a labour only rate is requested.

Q: How do i book and pay:

A: Just give us a call or fill out a contact form so we can arrange and agree a cleaning schedule based on your requirements. Payment can then be made by bank transfer after the work has been completed.

Q: Will it be the same cleaner every time:

A: We aim to send the same cleaner on a regular basis but due to sickness and holiday cover this might not always be possible. If we can't send your usual cleaner rest assured that your replacement cleaner will be of the same high quality as your regular one, we never use temporary workers to clean for our clients.

Q: What is your policy on plastic waste and recycling:

A: We aim to create minimal plastic waste so the majority of our containers and bottles are reused, the rest are recycled. We don't use products packaged in non recyclable, single use plastic. All of our cloths,sponges and mops are thoroughly washed at a minimum of 90c and reused after every use and all of our consumable items such as bin bags and liners are bio-degradable.
